An attorney will refer a client to us either by sending an email or sharing our contact information with the client to contact us.

Step 2

We get in contact with the client by phone to set up an appointment and make the payment.

Step 3

Client’s appointment arrives and it is a 2 hour appointment with one of our intake specialists.

Step 4

The intake assessment gets reviewed and is prepared to send to the attorney (within one week of the appointment) and we send it over to the attorney via email.
